These terms cover your use of Early, a flight-monitoring app operated by Still Software. By using Early, you agree to them.
What Early is
Early is a standing watchlist for flexible flight trips. You tell Early where and roughly when you’d travel, and it watches fares across the dates and routes you accept, alerting you when a good price appears. Early reports the best price across your flexible options — it does not claim to beat the entire market.
Early does not book or set prices
Early does not book flights, sell tickets, process travel payments, or control airline pricing. Airlines set and change fares at any time without notice. Alerts reflect what Early has observed, and availability or price can change before you book. Always confirm the live fare with the airline or booking site before you purchase.
Beta & availability
Early is iPhone-first and currently in private beta while we prepare for the App Store launch. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we improve the app, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store, which manages payment, renewal, and cancellation under Apple’s terms. Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
Use Early for your own personal trip monitoring. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the providers Early relies on.
No warranty & liability
Early is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that alerts are complete, error-free, or that any fare will still be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for travel decisions you make based on Early’s alerts.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We may update them as Early evolves; we’ll revise the date below when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes.
