Privacy policy
We keep this simple: Early only uses your information to run the app. Early is operated by Still Software and is built for travelers in the United States.
What Early does
Early lets you save flexible flight trips and get alerted when a fare looks worth waking up to. It watches the dates and routes you accept and tells you when a good price appears. Early does not book flights, sell tickets, or control airline prices — always check the live fare before booking.
Information we store
To run the app, we may store:
- your account, created when you sign in with Apple;
- the trips you save — origins, destinations, rough dates, trip length, and passengers;
- the trip notes and preferences you enter;
- the fare prices Early observes for your trips over time;
- your subscription status;
- app diagnostics and crash information; and
- messages you send us for support.
How we use it
We use this information to monitor fares, send you alerts, manage your subscription, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve Early. Early does not sell your personal data.
Services we rely on
Early uses a small number of providers to do its job: Apple, for Sign in with Apple and for App Store subscriptions and billing; and a third-party flight-data provider to look up live fares. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing support@early.flights. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store. Deleting your account removes your trips and the price history tied to them.
Children
Early is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
